1. What kind of products do you offer?

Gentle Moms Club currently offers digital products such as storybooks, flipbooks, and printable resources. Some titles are free, and others are paid. In the future, we may also add print-on-demand products featuring our gentle cub universe.

2. How do I receive my digital books and printables?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • Download links for your digital files (PDF and/or flipbook access)

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes.

3. Can I share or resell the books?

Our stories and printables are for personal, non-commercial use only. You are welcome to use them within your own family or household, but:

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or upload the files to other websites.
  • You may not use the artwork or stories on products for sale.

If you are interested in classroom or professional use, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

4. What is your refund policy for digital products?

Because digital items cannot be “returned”, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue (for example, a corrupted file or download problem), please contact us and we will do our best to help you with a new download link or a suitable solution.

5. I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

First, please:

  • Check your spam, junk, and “promotions” folders
  • Verify that you used the correct email address at checkout

If you still cannot find the email, contact us with your order number and we will resend your download links.

6. Do you offer personalised stories?

Yes, some of our products allow you to add a child’s name or customise certain details. These personalised stories are also for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. How do you handle my data and privacy?
